Conrado Morlan, PfMP, PgMP, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist

Conrado Morlan is an experienced global portfolio, program and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in aligning projects with organizational strategy for multinational companies and leading virtual and collocated multicultural and multigenerational teams in the Americas, Asia and Europe. His experience spans the information technology, retail, logistics, transportation, finance and telecommunication industries. He has a wide breadth of knowledge in Organizational Project Management.

His extensive travels throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe have provided an additional strength to the many abilities of Leadership, Communication and Project Management that had helped him to stresses the importance of incorporating a global lens to any project he is involved.

Mr. Morlan is recognized thought leader in the Project Management field, having presented both live and virtually for audiences in the US, Canada, Brazil, Costa Rica, Spain, and Mexico. His contributions to Project Management are numerous as he strives to increase the field’s visibility and advance the profession. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles on organizational project management, project management and multicultural and multigenerational project team leadership for PMI Community Post, LiderdeProyecto.com, and NASA’s ASK Magazine and Voices on Project Management among others, in addition to being quoted in PMI’s Network Magazine. One can also consider that his presence and its effects are multiplied by three, as his linguistic talents enable him to work across borders at equal levels of comfort in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Mr. Morlan was one of the first 150 individuals to achieve the PfMP credential worldwide and was the recipient of the PMI 2011 Distinguished Contribution Award for his activities and influence in championing project management to Spanish-speaking practitioners and organizations.

● Member of the PMP, PgMP and PfMP Exam Development Group and

● Virtual collaborator with PMI Chapters (South Florida, Madrid, Mexico and Costa Rica)
