Culture and Projects Are Not Like Oil and Water: The Risk of Ignoring Culture in Projects (Spanish)

As projects become increasingly global in nature, culture plays an undeniably critical role during the project execution. You, as a responsible project management professional should identify the cultural risks that may impact your projects and define mitigation plans to address such issues from the beginning.

In this training session, attendees developed many of the cross cultural competencies needed in today’s world. They learnt  how to adapt behaviors, how to avoid stereotyping, and how to communicate across the various cultures that project management professionals confront on a daily basis, including organizational, national, and generational. This course provided the essential cultural tools that would help enhance the skills required to successfully manage a multicultural project team.
