Talent Trouble

Talent trouble is one of the issues that keep CEOs awake at night; they are concern that finding the right people has become more difficult.

In 2007, nearly half of the team members were baby boomers. In 2012, more than 2 in 3 belong to  Gen X or Gen Y generations.
